There is no upfront or out-of-pocket cost to you the claimant. We are only paid upon a successful collection of your claim. CSR will cover all related expenses.

  All claims are processed in 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the case. 

Your share of the claim is 60-70% of the funds collected and this is remitted within 30 days of receipt. 

Once you’ve agreed to work with CSR, we’ll set up a time for you to sign the necessary paperwork to get started. We will then send a local notary to collect the paperwork from you and overnight it back to our office. 

 We will notify you on receipt and update you on the date of filing and keep you informed of the processing.

Claims rarely get denied unless there are errors in the paperwork or there is a duplicate claim. However, there is absolutely no cost to you as we cover all expenses.
